We believe our outreach should begin in our local community, where we represent the hands and feet of Jesus to those closest to us.
Matthew 5:16 tells us to "Let our light so shine before men, that they may see our good works and glorify our Father in heaven”.
At Church of the Harvest, we strive to embody the hands and feet of Jesus in a personal and tangible way to our community, so that Jesus may be glorified. We achieve this by organizing homeless outreaches, where we provide food and clothing to those who are less fortunate, and by sharing the gospel with individuals incarcerated in our local and regional prisons.
We also partner with several local ministries that God has raised up within our church family who minister to those who have been victims of sex trafficking, those who have been released from incarceration and are beginning a new life, unwed mothers who have made the right decision in keeping their child, and families of those who are incarcerated.
