Roca Blanca

From 2016 through 2025, Church of the Harvest has maintained a strong partnership with the Roca Blanca Missions Base in Oaxaca, Mexico, led by Duane and Sue Kershner. Each year, teams have traveled from Kansas City to serve in a variety of ministry opportunities, including children’s and youth outreach, street evangelism, worship, and service projects in local churches and surrounding villages.

The trips have also included medical missions, building projects, and times of intercession and worship with the Roca Blanca community. Team members have ministered to unreached people groups, shared the gospel through drama and music, and taught in small-town churches throughout the region. Along the way, participants have learned about local culture and the heart of Roca Blanca’s mission to equip leaders and reach indigenous communities with the love of Christ.

This ongoing partnership has created lasting relationships and deep spiritual impact—strengthening the local church, empowering future leaders, and extending the reach of the gospel across southern Mexico.
